This coffee comes to us from Tumba town, located in the Rulindo district with Northern Provence. Coffee grown in the area is processed at a central mill run by a local teacher named Venustre Mugraneza. Venustre is esteemed in the local community and has been systematically improving all aspects of processing and the quality shines through. This lot is made up of their best cherry selection, receiving special attention from the pickers before being dried on raised beds. The cup showcases a variety of baking spice notes such as clove, cinnamon, and vanilla balanced with fresh citrus and pear.
