When will my coffee ship?
We strive to process and ship orders within two business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipments may be delayed during sales events and holidays. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
We ship from our roastery in Bellingham, WA via USPS and UPS. If you already received your tracking information but haven’t received your package, please wait 2-3 weeks before contacting us due to inclement weather or carrier delays. At that time, you may email us with your order number.
Can I sign up for recurring shipments?
Yes, you can set up recurring shipments of any of our blends. Just select the quantity and grind size, and voila, a subscription option will appear. You can choose to receive a shipment every week, every other week, or once a month. Visit this page for rotating single origin subscriptions; select 2 bags and get free shipping.
Do you offer gift subscription options?
We sure do. Our Gift Subscription is offered in 3, 6, and 12 month options. If you have any questions, feel free to email [email protected].
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards for our cafe here and for our online store here.
Do you sell brewing equipment, such as burr grinders and coffee brewers?
We sure do. Just head over to our Brewing Supplies page.
How long will my coffee remain fresh tasting?
We suggest enjoying your coffee within two weeks of opening the bag, and within one month of roasting. The coffee will still taste exceptional beyond a month. Great coffee should not be wasted!
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is an error with your order, please don’t hesitate to email [email protected] and we will issue a replacement or a refund ASAP. If you don’t love the coffee you ordered, reach out and we will work with you to dial in your brew recipe or help you find a coffee that matches your tastes. We are not able to accept returns on perishable items and can only offer refunds if your order was incorrect or damaged.
What’s the best way to keep my coffee fresh?
We suggest storing your coffee in an airtight container away from heat and light.
Can you grind my coffee for me?
You can select your desired grind on the product page drop down menu. Need your coffee ground in a setting that’s not listed? Just let us know in the checkout notes.
