    This Bernardina lot, produced by El Salvador’s renowned Pacas family, is a rare and special coffee. Bernardina is a variety recently discovered on the Pacas family’s Los Bellotos farm. This coffee was grown on El Retiro, a farm that has been in the family since 1927. It is a naturally processed coffee, which means that the coffee seed was dried with the fruit fully-intact. In the cup you will find notes of jasmine, apricot, peach, and cherry.
