Kenya Barikongo AA

A bright and citrusy Kenya, this AA selection from Barikongo showcases notes of muskmelon, kiwi, apricot, and tangerine.

Barikongo is one of the 13 factories within the Komothai Farmers Cooperative Society, all located within Kiambu County. Cherries from 220 farmers are delivered during harvest, where they are sorted before being pulped. The parchment is then fermented overnight, before being washed and graded, then dried on raised beds for 8-14 days. Unlike other FCS, Komothai does not soak the parchment after washing.
