Another elegant offering from south central Ethiopia, Konga brings an assortment of sweet, crisp, and floral notes. The cup opens with intense floral aromatics such as jasmine and lemon verbena. In the cup we taste an array of sweet fruit notes such as lychee, kiwi, and meyer lemon.  

This coffee was produced by smallholder producers living in the mountains surrounding the Konga washing station in the Konga kebele of the Yirgacheffe woreda in Ethiopia’s Gedeo zone. Ripe cherries were delivered by 450 producers to the washing station, which is operated by Teshome Gemechu.
