We’re excited to be roasting this expressive Gesha that reflects precision, potential, and clarity of flavor. In the cup we taste notes of apricot, honeysuckle, riesling, and orange blossom. 

Terraza is the farm of Wbeimar Lasso and Juliana Guevara in Huila, Colombia; a diverse variety garden and the foundation of their Terra Coffee project. Cultivars like Pink Bourbon, Typica, Sidra, and Gesha reflect both range and intention, each contributing to a thoughtful and evolving portfolio. 

Wbeimar, a Colombian Cup Tasters Champion and third-generation producer, is known for pushing the boundaries of processing across Huila. Yet this coffee is a study in restraint: traditionally washed, fermented for 36–48 hours, and dried slowly in shade for 20–30 days.
