This is the first time we’ve offered Elder Erazo’s coffee on its own, even though we’ve been buying from him for the past couple of years. His coffee has been so consistently delicious that we’re thrilled to share his very limited production with you this year. Elder’s farm is located in the community of El Cedral, Santa Barbara where many outstanding coffees are produced each year. He grows coffee on just slightly over 1 hectare, growing a combination of catuai and pacas. Tasting notes include ripe raspberry, watermelon, brown sugar, and citrus.
