Ethiopia Bedessa comes from smallholder farmers in the Goro Bedessa Woreda of Hambela Wamena, a high-altitude region reaching 2,100 meters above sea level. Andrés Fahsen, a fifth-generation producer, leads Finca Patzibir, an agro-forest farm nestled in the captivating Atitlán region of Guatemala, near Volcán Tolimán. Together, these two coffees create a harmoniously satisfying winter brew.
