Asefa Dukamo co-owns Daye Bensa coffee along with his brother Mulugeta Dukamo. Their operation consists of a variety of different washing stations, farms, mills, and an exporting company. This lot comes from his Qonqana washing station in the Bensa district of Sidama. The coffee is mechanically pulped and then carefully sun dried on raised beds for ten to twelve days. In the cup we taste an array of flavors such as mango, apricot, tangerine, raw sugar, and banana.
