Join us for February’s coffee course: “Coffee Processing”. This course will focus on three common processing methods — natural, honey, and washed. We will discuss how these processes are performed at origin and their commonly associated flavor attributes. This class includes a sample set (3 x 150 gram bags) of three coffees — Ethiopia Dambi Uddo (natural), Ethiopia Assefa (honey), and Ethiopia Hamasho (washed). We will taste through these coffees together during the course.
This LIVE course will be on Saturday February 27th at 10 A.M. PST, via Zoom. If you’re not able to join us live, you can still sign up and view the recording at a later date.
Class time will be approximately 1 hour.
Enrollment for the class will be open until February 17th at Noon P.M. PST. Coffees will ship on February 18th via Priority Mail.
