Camber’s kitchen has gone through many evolutions over the years, and we have happily landed at our current model: a simple brunch menu & counter service. Our kitchen is currently open 8am-12pm, Thursday-Monday, and we are seeking another cook in order to stay open 7 days per week. We also make scratch pastries in-house. Dish & cleaning duties are shared amongst everyone on the kitchen crew. Our team is very tight-knit and it’s important to us to find the right candidate; we interview in a 2-step process beginning with a sit-down interview with our kitchen manager and/or general manager. This is then followed by a paid 2 hour working interview. The initial 90 days of employment are considered a probationary period, at the end of which we assess if the fit is right and if so, pay increases to $17/hr.

Food & beverage industry experience is a plus for this position, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person.

Resumes can be brought in person to Camber at 221 W Holly Street between the hours of 8am and 2pm, Thursday-Monday. Alternatively, you can email a resume to [email protected]. Applications can be addressed to Maple. Please include your resume, cover letter if desired, and three prior work references that we can contact.
